DESCRIPTION

5-103959-2 is a strip form receptacle assembly part of the AMPMODU Interconnection System, Mod IV series, designed for single-row, end-stackable applications with 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) centerline spacing. This 2-position receptacle assembly features insulation displacement contacts compatible with 26-22 AWG (0.12-0.3 mm²) wire and is available with multiple plating options (Plating A, B, or C) to meet various environmental and performance requirements. The housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic rated 94V-0, with duplex gold and tin plating on contacts and nickel underplating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The assembly supports both standard and board retention configurations, with a typical contact point localized gold plate area and 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) spacing between positions.
