DESCRIPTION

5106509-1 is a 2mm Hard Metric PCB mount connector plug from the Z-PACK 2mm HM series, designed for backplane and midplane applications. This Type A vertical mount connector features 154 positions arranged in 5+2 rows (A, F, Z, E, B, C, D) with ACTION PIN post signal contacts made of phosphor bronze. The feedthrough post length is 13.00 mm for rows A-E and 16.00 mm for rows F&Z, with gold (30) over nickel (50) plating on the contact mating area and tin over nickel termination end plating. The connector includes ground return shielding and a gray glass-filled polyester housing rated UL 94V-0. This RoHS compliant connector is ideal for high-density interconnect systems requiring reliable signal transmission in telecommunications and computing infrastructure.
