DESCRIPTION

5-146254-2 is a double-row vertical receptacle connector designed for board-to-board interconnection applications within the AMPMODU Interconnection System. This 2-position connector features a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) centerline spacing and is configured with solder tail termination for direct PCB mounting. The contact is underplated with 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel, and the entire post is plated with 0.00508 inch tin over 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The connector is available in multiple plating options (Plating A, B, and C) with different post dimensions (C = 0.090, 0.120, or 0.125 inches; D = 0.185, 0.230, or 0.318 inches). This connector is commonly used in compact electronic assemblies requiring robust board-to-board connections with high reliability and repeatability.
