DESCRIPTION

5-146277-4 is a single-row high-temperature connector header designed for printed circuit board applications. The header features phosphor bronze posts with a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) center-to-center spacing and is housed in black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material. The contact area is finished with 0.00076 inch (0.000030 inch) gold plating, while the solder tail receives 0.00254–0.00508 inch (0.0000100–0.0000200 inch) matte tin-lead plating with 0.00127 inch (0.000050 inch) nickel overall. Key dimensional specifications include post diameter of 0.89±0.08 mm (0.035±0.03 inch) with a recommended hole size of 1.14±0.02 mm (0.45±0.001 inch) before plating.
