DESCRIPTION

5-147377-7 is an 80-position surface-mount receptacle connector designed for the AMPMODU Interconnection System. The housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic rated 94V-0, with copper alloy contacts featuring duplex plating: 0.00076 mm gold in the mating area and 0.00381 mm tin on solder posts, with 0.00127 mm nickel underplating. Key dimensional specifications include a length of 2.130 inches (54.10 mm), width of 1.950 inches (49.53 mm), and contact spacing of 0.100 inches (2.54 mm) typical. This connector is packaged in tape and reel format without hold downs and includes a vacuum pick and place cover, making it ideal for automated surface-mount assembly in high-volume production environments requiring reliable board-to-board interconnection.
