DESCRIPTION

5226990-6 is a BNC connector jack designed for 50-ohm RF coaxial cable terminations. It features a gold-plated center contact and nickel-plated VALOX black body, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reliable electrical performance. The connector has a body dimension B of 21.21 mm (0.835 inches) and a leg length L of 3.48 mm (0.137 inches), with mounting posts available for PCB integration. This connector is fully intermateable with comparable BNC UG/U connectors and qualifies to MIL-C-39012 standards, offering field serviceability and low VSWR characteristics. It is commonly used in RF applications requiring bayonet-lock coupling for quick connect/disconnect operations in instrumentation, telecommunications, and test equipment.
