DESCRIPTION

530340-2 is a 40-position pin header assembly designed for aerospace, defense, and marine interconnection applications. This military-qualified connector features a .050 inch [1.27 mm] centerline spacing and is manufactured to MIL-C-55302 specifications. The assembly includes brass contacts plated with .000050 inch [0.00127 mm] minimum gold in the contact area and .000100 inch [0.00254 mm] minimum tin-lead on the tail over .000050 inch [0.00127 mm] minimum nickel on the entire contact. The housing is constructed from liquid crystal polymer material in accordance with MIL-C-55302 standards. This connector is available in multiple mounting styles including straddle mount, straddle mount with pin protection, and right-angle configurations, making it suitable for diverse PCB layout requirements in demanding aerospace and defense environments.
