DESCRIPTION

The 5415025-2 is a right-angle metalized BNC jack connector designed for PC board and panel mounting in 50 ohm RF coaxial systems. It features a tin body plating with PTFE dielectric material and gold-plated center contact, providing excellent RF performance and corrosion resistance. The connector is mounted via 1/2-28 threads with a maximum panel thickness of 6.35 mm (0.250 inches) and includes recommended panel cutout dimensions for reliable installation. This connector is fully intermateable with comparable BNC UG/U connectors and is qualified to MIL-C-39012 standards, making it suitable for field-serviceable applications. Common applications include RF signal distribution, test equipment, broadcast systems, and other coaxial cable interconnections requiring reliable right-angle board-level connections.
