DESCRIPTION

5-5177986-1 is a fine pitch SMT stacking connector plug designed for parallel board-to-board applications. This 40-position vertical plug features a 0.8mm pitch and 30µ" gold plating for reliable electrical connections. The connector has dimensions of A: 15.20mm [.598"], B: 21.80mm [.858"], and C: 20.20mm [.795"], with a 5.0mm [.197"] stacking height capability. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly processes. This connector is ideal for high-density interconnect applications in consumer electronics, telecommunications, and computing devices where space-saving parallel board connections are required.
