DESCRIPTION

5536504-3 is a pin assembly signal module designed for the Z-PACK 2mm FB connector system. This 96-position connector features a housing made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) per ASTM D5138 in natural color, with phosphor bronze contacts. The contact finish includes a minimum 0.00127 nickel underplate per SAE-AMS-QQ-N-290, with 0.00076 minimum nickel or cobalt hardened gold per ASTM B-488 on mating surfaces and 0.0006 minimum tin per ASTM B 545 on leads. The module conforms to IEC 61076-4-101 performance level 2 and Telcordia uncontrolled environment testing specifications. It is suitable for high-density backplane and signal interconnect applications requiring reliable performance.
