DESCRIPTION

5-749611-9 is a 100-position panel mount receptacle assembly from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, designed for high-density D-subminiature connector applications. This receptacle features rails, latch blocks, and assembled standard termination covers, utilizing gold-plated tab and tuning fork contacts on a compact .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) grid spacing. The housing and termination covers are made from thermoplastic rated 94V-0, with a steel shell plated bright nickel over copper and phosphor bronze contacts with minimum .000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold plating on the mating end. The connector supports 28 AWG (0.08-0.09 mm²) or 30 AWG (0.05 mm²) wire with insulation diameter of .029-.036 inch (0.74-0.89 mm). This assembly is ideal for data and device interconnect applications requiring reliable, high-density connections.
