DESCRIPTION

5786554-7 is a 68-position vertical receptacle header from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, featuring Action Pin tails for reliable PCB mounting. This high-density D-subminiature connector includes rails and latchblocks for secure mating and panel mounting. The connector utilizes gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts with a minimum of 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and nickel underplating, housed in a thermoplastic 94V-0 rated black housing that is SMT compatible. The shell is constructed from steel with bright nickel over copper plating, and the bracket is zinc with nickel over copper plating. This connector is ideal for data and device applications requiring compact, high-density interconnections with reliable signal integrity.
