DESCRIPTION

60894-1 is a FASTON receptacle terminal (.110/2.80) designed for electrical connections in industrial applications. It accommodates 22-18 AWG wire sizes (0.26-0.96 mm²) with a .032 inch (0.81 mm) crimp tab thickness. The terminal features a width of .146 inch (3.71 mm), length of .774 inch (18.64 mm), and a contact opening of .110 inch (2.79 mm). Constructed from high-conductivity copper with tin plating for corrosion protection, it includes a copper sleeve for vibration resistance and inner serrations for maximum electrical contact. The terminal is UL/CSA listed and MIL-Spec approved, with an operating temperature rating of 105°C and operating voltage of 300V, making it suitable for instruments, control systems, lighting, power supplies, and transportation applications.
