DESCRIPTION

6-104068-0 is a double-row vertical board-mount receptacle connector designed for the AMPMODU System 50 interconnection platform. It features 16 contact positions with a 0.050 inch typical pitch and 0.100 inch post length, accommodating standard board-to-board spacing applications. The housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic rated 94V-0, with contacts made from copper alloy duplex-plated with 0.000030 inch gold in the mating area and 0.000150 inch tin on solder posts, with entire contacts underplated 0.000050 inch nickel for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. This connector is widely used in industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and computer peripherals where reliable high-density interconnection is required.
