DESCRIPTION

The 6-1394461-2 is a male cable coupler designed for SOLARLOK photovoltaic connectivity systems. This connector features a screw-machined contact design with neutral keying configuration, supporting 4.0 mm² (12 AWG) wire sizes and accommodating cable outer diameters of 6.0 mm to 8.0 mm. The coupler is rated for 25 A continuous current at 1000 V DC withstanding voltage, with a typical contact resistance of 1 mO and silver-plated contacts for reliable performance. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +115°C with IP 67 protection when mated, this connector is UL and TÜV approved for solar panel interconnection applications. The neutral keying allows flexible system configuration in PV installations, making it suitable for serial and parallel interconnection scenarios in solar energy systems.
