6318228-1 is a 124-position fax modem socket designed for memory module applications. It features a 0.80 mm centerline pitch with a dual-row configuration and a stack height of 4.00 mm. The socket utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with gold flash over nickel plating in the mating area and surface mount termination. The housing is constructed from high temperature thermoplastic with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and features a cam-in insertion style with stainless steel latches.
