DESCRIPTION

641963-3 is a 2-circuit pin header assembly for the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board connector system manufactured by TE Connectivity/AMP. This connector features a duplex plating finish with pre-tinned contacts and is rated UL94V-2 for flammability. The housing has a compact mated height of 19.4 mm and a contact centerline spacing of 5.0 mm, with a standard tail length of 0.550 inches (13.97 mm). The connector incorporates a double lock plate for complete contact loading, locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling, and design features to release bubbles during potting processes. This product is ideal for power circuit applications in home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where reliable wire-to-board connections are essential.
