DESCRIPTION

647306-2 is an 18-position MTA-100 series wire-to-board header assembly designed for reliable PCB interconnections. This unshrouded vertical header features a friction lock housing, 2.54 mm centerline pitch, and square straight posts with one omitted position (post #2). The connector utilizes tin-plated copper alloy contacts with a maximum current rating of 5 A and operates at up to 250 VAC. Key dimensions include a height of 7.81 mm, tail length of 3.56 mm, and mating post length of 7.49 mm. The header operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and is UL 94V-0 rated, making it suitable for general-purpose wire-to-board applications requiring secure mating retention.
