DESCRIPTION

66429-4 is a loose piece crimp pin contact designed for use in the AMP M Series pin and socket connector system. This signal contact features a selective gold over nickel plating finish and is compatible with 30-26 AWG (0.05-0.15 mm²) wire sizes with an insulation diameter range of 0.14-0.30 mm. The contact body is made of copper alloy with a stainless steel spring, ensuring reliable electrical performance. These contacts are intermateable with connectors made to MIL-C-28748 requirements and are RoHS compliant. Common applications include signal transmission in industrial, military, and aerospace environments where reliable crimp terminations are required.
