DESCRIPTION

The 66602-1 is a loose piece, precision-formed Type III+ pin contact designed for crimp, snap-in applications. It is a Size 16 contact with a pin diameter of 0.062 inches and accommodates a wire size range of 18-14 AWG with an insulation diameter of .110 to .1505 inches. This contact is formed from brass, features a bright tin-lead finish, and has a stainless steel spring for superior retention. It is suitable for power and signal applications within various connector systems, including Metrimate and CPC Series 1 and 4 connectors, and has a single contact test current rating of 13 amperes.
