DESCRIPTION

The 696201-1 is a Super CHAMP Service Hand Tool designed for cutting and stripping wire, and crimping terminals and splices in electrical applications. The tool features integrated wire cutters, wire strippers with length gages, crimp dies, bolt cutters, and stud size gages to accommodate a wide range of wire gauges from 22 AWG to 10 AWG and various terminal stud sizes including 6, 8, 10, and 1/4 inch configurations. It supports crimping of multiple terminal types including wire terminals, butt splices, parallel splices, and closed-end connectors with color-coded crimp positions for different wire gauge ranges (red for 22-16 AWG, blue for 16-14 AWG, and yellow for 12-10 AWG). This hand tool is intended for occasional use and low-volume applications in electrical service and maintenance work, providing a compact solution for field termination and wire preparation tasks.
