DESCRIPTION

745530-4 is a D-subminiature cable connector plug designed for reliable signal and power transmission in industrial, medical, and computing applications. This connector features a shell size 4 configuration with 37 contact positions, accommodating size 20 DF pin contacts. The connector is constructed with a steel shell finished in tin plating, a 94V-0 rated thermoplastic insert (black), and mounting via standard clinch nut with 4-40 threads and self-locking feature. Dimensional specifications include Dim. A of 2.729 inches, Dim. B of 2.500 inches, and Dim. C of 0.494 inches, with standard mounting holes of 0.120 inch diameter. This connector is intermateable with any size 20 or 22 D-subminiature connector dimensionally complying with MIL-C-24308, making it suitable for industrial machinery, medical instrumentation, computers, peripherals, RAID storage arrays, file servers, routers, tape storage systems, workstations, and on-machine industrial communications.
