DESCRIPTION

745779-5 is an AMPLIMITE D-subminiature cable connector and shielding hardware kit designed for reliable connectivity in industrial, medical, and computing applications. The kit features steel shells with tin plating, 94V-0 rated thermoplastic inserts, and phosphor bronze contacts with duplex plating options (gold on mating end with tin on termination end, nickel underplated). It is available in multiple shell sizes with contact positions ranging from 9 to 78, accommodating various cable outer diameters from 0.190 to 0.562 inches. The connectors are intermateable with MIL-C-24308 compliant D-subminiature connectors and include standard clinch nut mounting methods.
