DESCRIPTION

747275-2 is a cable stabilizer accessory designed for use with HDF-20 and HDF-22 subminiature D connectors for flat ribbon cable applications. This component is specifically designed for 25-position (shell size 3) D-subminiature connectors and is constructed from 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic material. The cable stabilizer is ordered separately from the connector assemblies and is compatible with both metal shell and all-plastic low profile connector variants. It is part of the AMPLIMITE cable connector family, which is intermateable with any size 20 or 22 D-subminiature connector dimensionally complying with MIL-C-24308. Common applications include industrial machinery, medical instrumentation, computers and peripherals, and data storage systems.
