DESCRIPTION
747844-4 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 subminiature D-type receptacle connector designed for right-angle PCB mounting applications. This shell size 1 connector features 9 contact positions with phosphor bronze socket contacts that are duplex plated with gold on the mating end and tin-lead on the termination end, with nickel underplating. The connector includes fixed female screwlocks and boardlocks for secure mounting, with dimensions of A: 1.213 in (30.81 mm) and B: 0.984 in (24.99 mm), and a post size of 0.026 in (0.66 mm) diameter. The front shell is constructed from tin-plated steel with a 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing. This connector is commonly used in industrial, telecommunications, and computing applications where reliable D-sub connections are required.
