DESCRIPTION

770098-1 is a 12-circuit Universal MATE-N-LOK II free-hanging plug housing connector designed for wire-to-board power applications in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector features a 5.0 mm power key design with a compact mated height of 19.4 mm and operates at 600 V AC or DC. It incorporates a double lock plate for complete contact loading, locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling, and bubble-release design for potted applications. The connector is UL94V-0 flammability rated with pre-tinned brass contacts and is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (File No. E28476) and Canadian Standards Association (File No. LR7189). This configuration is ideal for applications requiring reliable power distribution with secure mechanical locking and protection against accidental disconnection.
