DESCRIPTION

770156-2 is a 4-circuit, in-line socket assembly (plug) connector designed for wire-to-board applications in the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) family. The connector accommodates 22 AWG wire (0.3 mm²) with a pre-tin brass finish and features a UL94V-2 flammability rating, making it suitable for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The assembly has a mated height of 19.4 mm and includes a compact design with a double lock plate for complete contact loading and locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling. The connector is recognized under UL Component Program File No. E28476 and certified by Canadian Standards Association File No. LR7189, ensuring compliance with safety standards for residential and commercial applications.
