DESCRIPTION

The 770252-2 is a 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board connector designed for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. It features a compact 19.4 mm mated height with a 5.0 mm contact centerline and is rated for 600 V AC or DC operation. The connector includes a double lock plate for complete contact loading, locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling, and housing lances that further protect wired contacts. The design incorporates a bubble-release feature for potted applications and provides clear clicking feedback during contact insertion. This connector is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (File No. E28476) and certified by Canadian Standards Association (File No. LR7189), making it suitable for reliable power distribution in residential and commercial appliance applications.
