DESCRIPTION

770425-1 is a 2-circuit in-line positive lock plug connector designed for wire-to-board power applications using the 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) system. The connector features a compact free-hanging configuration with a mated height of 19.4 mm and operates at a voltage rating of 600 V AC or DC. It is constructed with UL94V-2 nylon housing and incorporates a positive lock mechanism with a 1.248 inch (6.30 mm) contact centerline spacing. The connector is designed for reliable power circuit connections in home appliances, particularly gas appliances, with protective locking levers surrounded by walls to prevent wire tangling and a double lock plate for complete contact loading. This connector is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (UL File No. E28476) and certified by Canadian Standards Association (CSA File No. LR7189), making it suitable for demanding industrial and residential power distribution applications.
