DESCRIPTION

787170-7 is a 68-position right-angle receptacle header from the AMPLIMITE 050 Series III subminiature D-type connector family. This connector features a thermoplastic housing rated 94V-0 and SMT compatible, with a steel shell plated bright nickel over copper and a zinc bracket plated nickel over copper. The contacts are phosphor bronze with duplex plating including 0.00076 min. gold on the mating end and tin-lead on the solder end, all underplated with nickel. Key dimensions include E: 2.280 in (57.91 mm), F: 1.650 in (41.91 mm), G: 2.515 in (63.88 mm), and K: 2.115 in (53.72 mm). This configuration is supplied with boardlocks, without rails, and without latchblocks, making it suitable for PCB-mounted applications requiring reliable high-density interconnections.
