DESCRIPTION

796450-1 is a reverse sex circular plastic connector plug designed for commercial signal and power applications. It features a 17-9 shell size arrangement with 4-key (Style B) keying configuration to prevent mismating of standard and reverse sex connectors. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic material that is heat-stabilized, fire-resistant, and self-extinguishing, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It accepts pin contacts and is compatible with square flange receptacles featuring mounting holes or threaded inserts. This reverse sex design is ideal for applications requiring robust, polarized connections with positive detent coupling and quick connect/disconnect capability.
