DESCRIPTION

8-1879508-8 is a high power thick film chip resistor from the CRGH series, designed for industrial and general purpose applications. This AEC-Q200 qualified resistor features a thick film resistive element that is laser trimmed to tolerance, with a matte Sn over Ni barrier layer terminal finish. The resistor offers a high power to size ratio and is available in resistance values ranging from 1O to 10MO across seven package sizes. It is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity and is suitable for surface mount applications in automotive, industrial, and general electronics where reliable high power performance is required.
