DESCRIPTION

8-321891-1 is a high-temperature ring tongue terminal designed for electrical connections in extreme heat environments up to 1200°F (649°C). The terminal accommodates wire sizes 16-14 AWG (2,050-5,180 circular mils or 1.04-2.62 mm²) and features a nickel body material with an orange color-coded sleeve for easy identification. It employs the proven "W" and "C" crimp design and supports both solid and stranded conductors, with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.170 inches (4.32 mm). The terminal is available in multiple stud sizes (M3.5, M4, M6, 1/4", 3/8", 6, 8, and 10) with corresponding dimensional specifications for tongue material thickness, width, and length.
