DESCRIPTION

8-34105-1 is a SOLISTRAND brazed copper terminal designed for wire sizes 22-16 AWG (0.26-1.65 mm²) with an M3.5 metric stud connection. The terminal features a width of 5.54 inches (218 mm) and length of 4.49 inches (11.40 mm), with a wire barrel minimum inside diameter of 0.061 inches (1.55 mm). The "W" crimp design and brazed seam provide high tensile strength and vibration resistance, while the bell-mouth barrel entrance facilitates easier wire insertion and reduces installation time. The terminal is constructed of high-conductivity copper with corrosion resistance and meets or exceeds MIL Spec SAE AS7928 requirements (Type I, Class I), with an operating temperature rating of 170°C and UL/CSA approval. This terminal is ideal for industrial applications including material handling equipment, motors, heavy equipment, switchgear, and power supplies where reliable electrical connections are critical.
