DESCRIPTION

87499-5 is a single-row wire-applied receptacle housing assembly from the AMPMODU Mod IV Interconnection System, designed for end-stackable, low-profile applications with 0.100 x 0.100 inch [2.54 x 2.54 mm] centerline spacing. The housing features a dual cantilever contact beam with built-in anti-overstress protection for reliable matings, constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic material rated 94V-0 and available in black. The assembly accommodates 3 positions with dimension A of 0.305 inches [7.75 mm], dimension B of 0.100 inches [2.54 mm], and dimension C of 0.100 inches [2.54 mm], supporting contact current ratings of 3 amperes with termination resistance of 12 milliohms maximum for beryllium copper contacts.
