DESCRIPTION

91156-1 is an extraction tool designed for removing pin contacts from Box .100 [2.54] centerline connectors. This tool is specifically engineered for use with crimp-type pin contacts used in 2-row pin housing assemblies and related MIL-C-55302 qualified connector systems. The extraction tool enables safe and efficient removal of contacts with wire ranges of 26-22 AWG [0.12-0.4mm²] and insulation diameter ranges of .036-.054 [0.91-1.37]. It is commonly used in maintenance, repair, and rework applications for printed circuit board connectors, providing technicians with a reliable method for contact extraction without damaging the housing or contacts.
