DESCRIPTION

The 986455-1 is a Dual Lock tape fastening product manufactured by TE Connectivity. This reusable mechanical fastening system provides secure bonding without adhesives or permanent attachment methods. The product is compliant with EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and EU ELV Directive 2000/53/EC, with low halogen content (Br, Cl, F < 900 ppm per homogeneous material) and is BFR/CFR/PVC free. It meets REACH Regulation requirements and does not contain SVHC substances. This tape is suitable for applications requiring removable, repositionable fastening in electronics assembly, component mounting, and industrial bonding where non-permanent solutions are preferred.
