DESCRIPTION

205559-2 is a Series 109 subminiature rectangular receptacle connector designed for military and industrial applications conforming to MIL-DTL-24308. It accommodates 25 contact positions in Shell Size 3 with standard mounting configuration. The connector features an outside dimension A of 1.511 inches (38.38 mm), outside dimension B of 0.311 inches (7.9 mm), and overall length C of 1.852 inches (47.04 mm). It is manufactured using the same high-reliability process as military-qualified connectors and supports AS39029 contacts for automatic machine termination. This receptacle-only configuration is ideal for permanent installation in high-use applications where connector savers are employed to preserve the mated connector, making it suitable for aerospace, military, and industrial equipment requiring robust, repeatable connections.
