4-1571551-3 is a RoHS compliant closed frame DIP socket with four-fingered machined contacts designed for reliable IC-to-PCB connections. This socket features beryllium copper contacts with gold flash plating and a thermoplastic polyester insulator rated UL94 V-0. Technical specifications include a contact resistance of 10 milliohms maximum, contact rating of 3 Amps per pin, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,000 Volts RMS per EIA-364-20. The socket accepts IC pins ranging from 0.009" x 0.015" through 0.011" x 0.020", or 0.016" to 0.021" diameter.
