DESCRIPTION

636-2027 is a connector post assembly designed for reliable electrical interconnection in PCB applications. The assembly features phosphor bronze posts with precision plating specifications: a minimum of 0.00038 mm (0.000015 inches) gold on the mating area and 0.00254 mm (0.000100 inches) tin-lead on the solder end, with 0.00127 mm (0.000050 inches) minimum nickel plating over the entire post. The housing is constructed from PCT material with UL94V-O flame rating in black color, ensuring durability and safety compliance. Post spacing is standardized at 2.54 mm (0.100 inches) with dimensional tolerances specified for precise PCB board layout and alignment.
