DESCRIPTION

HSC30033RJ is a 350-watt aluminium housed power resistor from the TE Connectivity HS Series, engineered for high-power dissipation in industrial applications including power supplies, power generation, and traction systems. The resistor features a dissipation rating of 350 watts at 25°C with heatsink and 85 watts without heatsink, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +200°C. It supports a maximum working voltage of 2500 V (DC or AC rms), isolation voltage of 3600 V (DC or AC peak), and dielectric strength of 5000 V (AC peak), with resistance values ranging from 1 ohm to 100 kilohms. The device exhibits excellent long-term stability with a maximum resistance change of 3% over 1000 hours, and features a standard heatsink area of 578,000 mm² with 6 mounting holes for secure installation. This resistor is ideal for applications requiring rapid heat dissipation, pulse operation, and high-voltage environments where reliability and thermal performance are critical.
