DESCRIPTION
The 732-8020-10 is a single-module plug connector from the DEUTSCH DMC-MD series designed for quick-change modular connectivity in aircraft in-flight entertainment and cabin systems. It features composite construction with nickel plating finish and supports flexible module configurations with crimp and PCB contacts ranging from size 24 to size 8, accommodating signal, coaxial, quadrax, power, and optical contacts. The connector operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C with a vibration rating of 20 g and maintains durability through 500 mating cycles, while providing excellent EMI shielding performance with attenuation ranging from 50 dB at 100 MHz to 30 dB at 1000 MHz. Its toolless assembly, multiple keying possibilities (N, A, B, C, D, E, F, G), and quick-install coupling make it ideal for aerospace applications requiring fast reconfiguration and reliable performance in demanding environments.
