DESCRIPTION

787-0015-00 is a keying plate designed for the DEUTSCH DMC-M EN4165 modular rectangular connector system, standardized for aerospace, defense, and marine applications. This optional component provides mechanical keying to ensure correct mating orientation and prevent misalignment during connector assembly. The keying plate features precise dimensional tolerances with outer dimensions of 28.80 mm × 25.80 mm and a thickness of 2.50 mm, designed for integration with receptacle shells. It operates reliably across the connector's temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and maintains insulation resistance of =5000 MO. The keying plate is essential for applications requiring quick-change modular connections in aircraft IFE and cabin systems, where reliability and proper connector alignment are critical for system performance.
