DESCRIPTION

CTJ122E01C is a Size 22 feedback bussing module within the DEUTSCH CTJ1 Series Common Termination System, designed for robust wire termination in demanding aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The module features a single bus configuration (bus code O1C) with 20 Size 22 contacts, supporting wire sizes from 26 to 22 AWG with a current rating of 5 A. The contact design meets AS39029 paragraph 3.4.2 specifications, with a grommet sealing range accommodating wire outer diameters from 0.030 to 0.060 inches, and delivers a voltage drop of 73 mV at the rated 5 A test current. This module is AS81714 Series II qualified, providing highly reliable interconnection solutions for applications requiring simultaneous connection/disconnection of multiple wires in harsh operational conditions.
