DESCRIPTION
The D369-G66-BP4 is a 6-position PCB in-line mount receptacle connector designed for high-reliability aerospace, defense, and marine applications. It features 90° gold-plated PCB contacts with a compact rectangular design that enables close mounting pitch and eliminates the need for flying leads. The connector body is constructed from PEI with fluorosilicone seals, providing full electrical sealing using cork-in-bottle and triple wire seal technology suitable for high-moisture environments. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, maintains an insulation resistance of =5000 MO, and supports a dielectric withstand voltage of 1500 Vrms with operating current of 5 A. The connector is fully compatible with the 369 series family, supports 500 mating cycles minimum, and meets aerospace flammability, smoke, and toxicity requirements (FAR 25.853 Appendix F), making it ideal for space-efficient, stackable interconnect solutions in harsh aerospace environments.
