The D38999/26FE26PN is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III subminiature connector designed as a straight plug with electroless nickel plating on an aluminum shell, engineered for rugged, harsh environment applications in aerospace, defense, and marine sectors. This connector features a threaded 360° turn coupling mechanism, environmentally sealed construction with scoop-proof design, and spring fingers for EMI control, supporting up to 187 maximum signal contacts with AS39029 contact type. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +200°C depending on shell finish, offers 500 mating cycles durability (with higher durability versions available), and provides multiple contact styles including crimp, solder cup, eyelet, and PCB tail configurations.
