DESCRIPTION

D38999/33F15N is a receptacle dust cap designed for MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors, offering environmental protection and sealing of unmated connector interfaces. The cap is constructed from aluminum alloy with electroless nickel finish, providing corrosion resistance with a salt spray rating of 48 hours per ASTM B733 Service Category SC2. It features conductive properties and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +200°C, making it suitable for demanding aerospace and military applications. The shell size 15 configuration accommodates standard MIL-DTL-38999 Series III receptacle connectors, with dimensional specifications including a maximum outer diameter of 32.0 mm and a standard length of 127.00 mm.
