DESCRIPTION
EN2997Y01005MN is a sealed connector from the DEUTSCH 983 Series engineered for extreme reliability in harsh aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The connector features a stainless steel shell with thermo-setting or silicone insert material, crimp-type removable gold-plated contacts, and is available in multiple shell sizes (08 through 28). It operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C (or up to 200°C or 260°C cyclically depending on configuration), with mechanical endurance rated for 250 to 500 operations and exceptional corrosion resistance per EN 2591-307 standards (48 to 500 hours salt spray testing).
