DESCRIPTION

M39029/1-100 is a Size 22 pin contact designed for military terminal junction systems compliant with MIL-T-81714. It features a maximum contact voltage drop of 45V initially and 50V after conditioning at 5.0A test current, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,500V at sea level and 600V at 70,000 feet altitude. The contact operates reliably over an extended temperature range of -65°C to +200°C and maintains high insulation resistance of 100 megohms minimum under high humidity conditions (95% RH) and 1,000 megohms minimum after drying. This contact is compatible with multiple fluid types including hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, aviation fuel, and specialized fluids such as Skydrol and Aerosafe, making it suitable for demanding aerospace and military applications requiring robust electrical connectivity in harsh environments.
