DESCRIPTION

The TRAB4503 is a Phantom UHF Series mobile antenna designed for 450–470 MHz operation with 3 dBi gain and vertical polarization, delivering superior performance compared to conventional 3 dB whip antennas in most indoor and outdoor applications. The antenna features a compact 36.53 mm diameter × 82.55 mm height form factor with low visibility and wide bandwidth, providing an omnidirectional radiation pattern with a low angle that outperforms traditional gain antennas. It operates at 50 O nominal impedance with a maximum power rating of 100 W at 25 °C ambient, VSWR less than 1.5:1 at 10 MHz and less than 2.0:1 at 20 MHz, and is housed in a SABIC Lexan radome with black finish. The antenna features an industry-standard NMO mount connector, IP67 ingress protection, and is rated for wind survival up to 210 km/hr (125 mph), making it suitable for mobile communications, public safety, and emergency response systems where ruggedness, low profile, and high performance are required.
